From the success to the next round in the FA Cup, The Shifnal Ladies were in league action against Darlaston. 

Darlaston was coming back from a huge league defeat from AFC Telford United Ladies on the 5th September where they ended up losing 7-0 to a very strong Telford side. 

This showed in the way they played against Shifnal they did not want to lose.

Shifnal Ladies face Walsall Ladies away at the Rushall Olympic FC stadium on the 26th September 2021.

Walsall Ladies lost their opening game of the season 7-2 to a strong Shrewsbury Town team so will be looking to gain 3 points with home advantage. 

Shifnal Manager Mark Corbett will be hoping his side can continue to score goals for fun but stay tighter in defence and keep a clean sheet.

Ashley will take care of the creative side and interactivity of the Shifnal Town Ladies social media accounts as we aim to achieve a greater online presence. Ashley has said he is " extremely happy to be continuing his role as a social media manager and club photographer.   Boddison turns down move to local rivals Shrewsbury Town. Shifnal player Jenna Boddison and one part of the dynamic strike duo at Shifnal Town Ladies has been approached by local rival ladies team Shrewsbury Town.  Jenna currently sits 4th in the league's top goal scorers of the season with 11 goals from 8 games 6 goals away from leader Shrewsbury Towns Madison Jones who currently sits on 17 goals from 9 games. We managed to catch up with Jenna in regards to the potential move to Shrewsbury Town and asked her a couple of questions in regards to this.  Q:  How did it feel to be approached by another club, a rival club at that?
